A warm space to explore

Welcome to Sunlit Psychotherapy Collective, a therapy business founded on the belief that we heal through connection and curiosity. We work with adults in New York State who are open to growing, as we focus on reparative relationships and the philosophy that healing comes from self-love and openness.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

Carl Rogers

Our services:

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you’ll have a space where you’re heard, not judged. Whether navigating anxiety, feeling stuck, or seeking self-understanding, we’ll explore with curiosity. After an intake, we’ll co-create a treatment plan focused on your personal goals. We’ll work to let go of shame by gently processing the experiences of your past at your pace. As you gain insight into your patterns, we’ll celebrate your progress, big or small. At Sunlit Psychotherapy Collective, we will prioritize helping you shape the life and relationships you truly want.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, whether you’re in a monogamous relationship, practicing ethical non-monogamy, or even navigating a deep friendship, we’ll create a space where conflict becomes an avenue for connection. If trust is shaken by infidelity, we’ll gently uncover hurt, rebuild honesty, and see how trust might grow. We’ll help you find clarity and deepen your bond. Our goal is to transform disconnection into a deeper understanding. By exploring what’s beneath the surface of your patterns, we’ll foster empathy, curiosity, and connection.

We are a good fit for:

People who want to deepen their relationships but aren’t sure how

Lovers who want to love more and fight less

People looking to love themselves more

Caregivers who need a space to be cared for

Intellectualizers who want to feel more and think less

People who aren’t sure if therapy will help
